Ingredients

  • 5 pounds baby back ribs
  • Gluten-free dry rub seasoning
  • ½ cup gluten-free barbecue sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 275°F.
  • Flip the ribs bone side up and insert a dinner knife just under the white membrane that covers the meat and bones. Gently peel the membrane off and discard. Place the ribs on a baking sheet or roasting pan and generously season on all sides with dry rub seasoning.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 3½ - 4 hours or until the meat is very tender.
  • When the ribs have finished baking, remove them from the oven and discard the foil. Turn the broiler on high and position the top rack 8 inches from the broiler. Place ribs on a new baking sheet, bone side down, and brush with the barbecue sauce. Broil for 3-5 minutes, watching to make sure the sauce does not burn. Serve warm.
