Giardiniera Dip
Ingredients
- 1 (16-ounce) jar giardiniera
- 8 ounces cream cheese, , room temperature
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise or egg-free mayonnaise
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, , minced
Instructions
- Reserving 2 teaspoons of the liquid, drain and chop the giardiniera.
- Combine the chopped giardiniera and reserved liquid with the remaining ingredients.
- Refrigerate until serving time. The dip is best made the day before and allowed to sit in the refrigerator for the flavors to meld and mellow.
- Serve with gluten-free crackers, toasted baguette slices, or crudités.
