Green Cleanse Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 medium kiwi, , peeled
- ½ cup chopped fresh pineapple
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 scoop protein powder of choice
- ¼ cup parsley, , tightly packed
- 1½ cups almond milk
- 1 (½-inch) piece ginger,, peeled and chopped
- 3-4 ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, add all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Divide between two cups.
