Hazelnut & Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
- ½ cup powdered/icing sugar
- ½ cup almond flour
- ½ cup hazelnut flour
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons potato starch
- 4 large egg whites
- 4 ounces milk chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 285°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sift all the dry ingredients into a large bowl and mix well to combine. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, beat egg whites for 3-4 minutes, until stiff peaks form. Stir dry ingredients into the egg whites with a spatula, but be sure not to overmix – the mixture shouldn’t be runny.
