Gluten Free Prosciutto, Arugula & Tomato Pizza Recipe

This healthy version of pizza is gluten free and includes fresh produce.

Ingredients 

  • 2 pizza crusts from Corn Flour Pizza Dough recipe
  • ½ cup gluten-free ketchup
  • 15 slices prosciutto
  • 7 ounces cherry tomatoes
  • 2 handfuls fresh basil leaves
  • 2 handfuls fresh arugula
  • Pinch of freshly ground black pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 475°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spread the pre-baked pizza crusts with ketchup and add the prosciutto and tomatoes. Bake for 5-7 minutes, then remove from the oven.
  • Right before serving, top the pizzas with fresh basil, arugula, and pepper. Serve hot.
