Gluten-Free Quick Berry Jam Recipe

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen and thawed raspberries
  • 1 cup chopped fresh or frozen and thawed strawberries
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons NeoCell Derma Matrix
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions 

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
