Ingredients 

  • 1 teaspoon kosher or fine sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • cup hot honey
  • 3 tablespoons Marukan Organic Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Combine salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a small bowl and season the chicken on both sides.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the hot honey, Marukan Organic Rice Vinegar, Dijon mustard, and dried oregano.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 2 to 3 minutes per side until lightly golden. Pour the hot honey vinegar mixture over the chicken, turning to coat.
  • Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (165°F on an instant-read thermometer) and the sauce is bubbling and slightly thickened.
