How to Truss a Turkey

Fold wing tips under the turkey.
If stuffing the bird: fill the large and neck cavities with stuffing.
Fold neck cavity under and secure with toothpicks or skewers.
Pull the legs together loosely and tie with kitchen twine (a bow will make it easier to remove after roasting).
