Like the contrast of chilly mornings and warm afternoons in the spring, this recipe gives you the bite of tequila with the calm of cranberry. When I think of cranberry juice, I usually think of a vodka and cranberry cocktail, not a margarita. For that reason, I was curious to find out what one would taste like. I’m sure glad I did!
Cranberry Margarita
Ingredients
- 1½ ounces cranberry cocktail juice
- ¾ ounce lime juice
- ¾ ounce silver tequila
- ½ ounce triple sec
Instructions
- To make a margarita on the rocks, combine ice and all ingredients in a shaker. Shake well and pour into a cocktail glass.
- To make a frozen margarita, combine ice and all ingredients in a blender. Blend until all the ice is crushed well.
