Gluten-Free 3-Ingredient Brownies
Few things in life go together as perfectly as chocolate and peanut butter. But, for those who can’t eat peanuts – whether it’s due to an allergy or because you avoid legumes – chocolate and sunflower seed butter is just as perfect! That’s why I’m happy to introduce you to the new Chocolate SunButter. That’s right, our beloved SunButter now comes in a chocolate variety.
I wasted no time after finding this out and went to work on baking with this tasty product. My first creation is as simple as it sounds – Gluten-Free 3-Ingredient Brownies! These brownies use Chocolate SunButter, eggs, and almond flour, so they’re not just gluten-free but also grain free, dairy free, and peanut free (but not tree nut free because of the almond flour).
These can be whipped up in no time and shared with guests on the fly!
Gluten-Free 3-Ingredient Brownies
Ingredients
- 1½ cups Chocolate SunButter
- 3 large eggs
- ¾ cup finely ground blanched almond flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper. Lightly grease the parchment paper.
- Place the Chocolate SunButter in a microwave-proof bowl and heat for 30-60 seconds or until just warmed and thinned out. Add the eggs and beat with a hand-held mixer until smooth. Beat in the almond flour until well combined.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared baking pan and spread into an even layer. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Bake less for fudgy centers, longer for cake-like texture. Let cool and cut into squares.
