One of the key players in this recipe is Eden Foods Black Soybeans. Not only are they packed with protein, but they also have a rich, deep flavor that makes them an excellent meat substitute. When mashed and mixed with gluten-free panko breadcrumbs, grated onion, and a hint of smoky chipotles, these black soybeans transform into a burger patty that holds together beautifully and cooks up to a delicious, crispy exterior.

Now, let’s talk about this pineapple salsa. Fresh pineapple, red bell pepper, jalapeno, red onion, and cilantro all come together with a splash of lime juice to create a vibrant, tropical topping. The sweetness of the pineapple perfectly complements the savory, slightly spicy burgers, making each bite a delightful balance of flavors.
