Ingredients 

  • 1 pound grass-fed ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons Pork King Good Taco Seasoning
  • 2 bags Pork King Good Nacho Cheese Pork Rinds
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, finely diced
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, (or Mexican blend)
  • ½ – 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup pico de gallo
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons sliced jalapeños, (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
  • Stir in the taco seasoning with a splash of water and simmer for 2–3 minutes until coated and flavorful.
  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the jalapeno peppers and cook until soft. Add the cream cheese and shredded cheese, stirring until fully melted. Add enough cream to thin to a pourable consistency.
  • Spread pork rinds on a baking sheet or oven-safe dish. Top with the seasoned beef and cheese sauce.
  • Bake for 5 minutes, or just until the cheese bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and top with pico de gallo, sour cream, cilantro, jalapeños, and green onions. Serve immediately.
