Prosciutto-Wrapped Artichoke Hearts

This appetizer only requires three ingredients and can even be made the night before so you have one less thing to think about on the day of your party.

Prosciutto-Wrapped Artichoke Hearts
Ingredients
- 6 thin slices prosciutto
- 18 marinated artichoke hearts, drained and sliced in half
- 36 fresh basil leaves
- 36 wooden toothpicks
Instructions
- Slice each piece of prosciutto lengthwise into 6 thin strips. Wrap 1 piece of prosciutto around 1 artichoke heart and 2 basil leaves, and secure with a toothpick. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
