Prosciutto-Wrapped Artichoke Hearts

Ingredients 

  • 6 thin slices prosciutto
  • 18 marinated artichoke hearts, drained and sliced in half
  • 36 fresh basil leaves
  • 36 wooden toothpicks

Instructions 

  • Slice each piece of prosciutto lengthwise into 6 thin strips. Wrap 1 piece of prosciutto around 1 artichoke heart and 2 basil leaves, and secure with a toothpick. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
