Gluten Free Peanut Butter Banana Green Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach or greens of choice
  • ¼ of an avocado
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric optional
  • ½ cup water or milk of choice

Topping ideas:

  • Sliced banana
  • Coconut flakes
  • Chia seeds
  • Dried berries
  • Peanut butter

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a bowl and smooth out the top.Arrange the toppings as desired and serve.
