Gluten Free Sweet & Savory Breakfast Toasts Recipe
Ingredients
For the savory:
- ¼ avocado, sliced
- 1 slice gluten-free bread, toasted
- Lime juice, to taste
- Red pepper flakes, to taste
- Hemp seeds, to taste
For the sweet:
- 1 tablespoon almond butter, or nut butter of choice
- 1 slice gluten-free bread, toasted
- ½ banana, sliced
- Chia seeds, for garnish
Instructions
For the savory:
- Place the avocado slices on the toast, or mash the avocado and spread on toast. Top with a drizzle of lime juice, sprinkle with red pepper flakes, and top with hemp seeds for added protein.
For the sweet:
- Spread almond butter on toast. Top with sliced banana and sprinkle with chia seeds.
