Sweet Peach & Mustard Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 large bone-in or 6 boneless pork chops
- 4 tablespoons fresh lime juice , divided use
- Pinch of sea salt
- 4 tablespoons organic peach preserves (or 3 tablespoons fresh diced peaches plus 1 tablespoon honey)
- 3 tablespoons stone ground mustard
- 2 teaspoons fresh orange juice
- 1 teaspoon gluten-free Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Place the pork chops in a plastic food storage bag with 2 tablespoons of the lime juice and the salt.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours.
- Combine the remaining 2 tablespoons of lime juice with the preserves, mustard, orange juice, Worcestershire sauce, and onion powder to make the glaze.
- Place the pork chops on a grill heated to medium-high and baste with the glaze.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes, then flip.
- Baste again with the glaze and continue to cook for 4-5 minutes or until done.
Notes
Tip: I like to serve these with caramelized onions and grilled apple slices!
