Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy unsweetened peanut butter almond butter, or sunflower seed butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • ½ cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds or sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, stir together all of the ingredients until well combined. Roll the mixture into 1 to 1½ inch balls. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
