  • ½ seedless cucumber peeled and grated with the large holes of a box grater
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill

Instructions
