Pimento Cheese Deviled Eggs

Pimento Cheese Deviled Eggs are a tasty and fun way to use up hard-boiled eggs in a five-ingredient recipe.

Pimento Cheese Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons jarred pimentos, chopped
- 1/3 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 2-3 dashes hot sauce
- Kosher or fine sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Peel the eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Scoop the yolks into a mixing bowl and smash with a fork until fairly smooth. Add the mayonnaise, pimentos, cheese, and hot sauce. Mash everything together until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Pipe or spoon the yolk mixture into the egg whites. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
