Chocolate, Peanut Butter & Banana Milkshake

  • ¾ cup ice
  • 2 large ripe bananas frozen and broken into chunks
  • 3 tablespoons creamy unsweetened peanut butter
  • 3 pitted Medjool dates
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2-3 cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk


  • Place the ice, bananas, peanut butter, dates, cacao powder, and cinnamon in a blender. Add 1 cup of milk. Blend, adding more milk as needed to make a thick but creamy shake.


While this recipe can be made with any blender, use a high-speed blender for the creamiest results.
