
Easy Gaucho Fries
One of my favorite trips of all time was to Argentina. I loved everything about it – the expansive countryside, the beautiful city of Buenos Aires, the gracious, hospitable people, and the fabulous food! I found it very easy to eat gluten-free in Argentina. This Easy Guacho Fries Recipe is perfect if you’re craving an Argentine appetizer or snack!
Easy Gaucho Fries
Servings: 6 servings

Ingredients
- 1 (32-ounce) package frozen crinkle cut French fries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic - minced
- ½ cup chopped fresh Italian parsley
- 1 teaspoon kosher or fine sea salt
Instructions
- Cook the fries per the package directions. Remove from oven but leave the oven on. Pour the fries into a large mixing bowl.
- Heat the oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, being careful not to burn the garlic. Pour the oil over the fries and toss well. Pour back onto the baking sheet. Place back in the oven for 2 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with salt and parsley. Mix everything together well and serve hot.
