Gluten-Free Plant-Based Queso Burgers
My son is both gluten-free and vegan, so when cooking for the whole family I always make sure he can enjoy the food, too. These Plant-Based Queso Burgers are made with vibrant pico de gallo and deliciously cheesy with vegan queso. They are not only simple to make but are perfect for all kinds of diets – vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, and more.
For the vegan queso, I used Loca’s Mild Plant-Based Potato Queso. It’s free from dairy, gluten, nuts, soy, and artificial flavors. Want to kick the heat up a notch? No problem! It also comes in a spicy cheddar jalapeño flavor.
To make the burgers, all you need to do is cook your plant-based patties according to the package directions, pour on the queso and load on the pico- yes, that’s really it! Serve on your favorite gluten-free hamburger buns.
