Ingredients
- 2 small key limes
- 4 kiwi , peeled and cut into chunks
- 2 bananas , peeled and sliced into 1-inch chunks
- 12 strawberries , hulled and halved; quartered if large
- Honey
Instructions
- Zest and juice the key limes; set aside.
- In a medium bowl, toss together the kiwi, bananas, and strawberries; set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice and zest with honey, to taste.
- Divide the fruit medley evenly between two bowls and pour the dressing over. Serve immediately.
- Note: If possible, try substituting pink pineapple for strawberries here!
