Lime-Kissed Chunky Tropical Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 small key limes
  • 4 kiwi , peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 bananas , peeled and sliced into 1-inch chunks
  • 12 strawberries , hulled and halved; quartered if large
  • Honey

Instructions

  • Zest and juice the key limes; set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, toss together the kiwi, bananas, and strawberries; set aside.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice and zest with honey, to taste.
  • Divide the fruit medley evenly between two bowls and pour the dressing over. Serve immediately.
  • Note: If possible, try substituting pink pineapple for strawberries here!
