Chocolate Pumpkin Pie Martini
It’s pumpkin season and that means I have pumpkin in just about everything. From pumpkin coffee to pumpkin bread to pumpkin pasta, there is just about no escaping that pumpkin flavor. I decided to go all in this pumpkin season and this Chocolate Pumpkin Pie Martini is my favorite pumpkin flavored drink.
To make the drink of the season you start by whipping the cream into stiff peaks and piping it into two swirls and freeze for 30 minutes. Then you grind the graham crackers in a food processor into fine crumbs and combine the pumpkin pie spice on a small plate. On a small plate you pour some maple syrup and dip two glasses into the syrup and then on the cracker crumbs. Then in a cocktail shaker you add the Mozart Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Liqueur, vodka, rum, half and half, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice mix and shake for 30 seconds. Once the mixture is mixed you pour into the prepared glasses and top with the frozen whipped cream, some pumpkin pie spice, and a cinnamon stick.
This drink is the fall drink, and it is lovely to enjoy on a chilly evening. Give this drink a try!
