Green Flush Detox Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • ½ cup cucumber
  • 1 apple
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 handful spinach or kale
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups canned pure coconut milk (use a brand that does not contain guar gum) or unsweetened nut milk
  • 6 mint or basil leaves
  • Juice from 1 lime

Instructions

  • Cut the banana, cucumber, and apple into large chunks. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for at least 60 seconds.
