With an irresistible blend of cacao and cinnamon plus sweet dates and creamy nut/seed butter, this Cacao Cinnamon Smoothie will have you feeling like you’re indulging when you’re enjoying good-for-you ingredients.

Cacao Cinnamon Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 mL) milk of choice (I use plant-based milk)
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 dates, , pitted
- 1 teaspoon (2.6 g) ground cinnamon
- 1½ tablespoons (11 g) cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons (32 g) sunflower seed butter, peanut butter, or almond butter
- ¼ teaspoon (1.25 mL) pure vanilla extract
Optional add-ins:
- Maca powder
- Lucuma powder
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. If you want a thicker smoothie, you can add ice and blend again.
