Ingredients

- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose gluten-free flour or almond or oat flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Olive oil or avocado oil spray
Instructions
- Grate the sweet potato using a box grater or food processor. Use a clean kitchen towel or paper towels to squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
