Gluten Free Teriyaki Noodles Recipe

Ingredients 

  • 8 ounces rice noodles
  • 6 tablespoons gluten-free teriyaki sauce
  • cups diced cooked ham
  • 1 cup canned pineapple chunks, drained and diced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots

Optional garnishes:

  • ¼ cup peanuts or pumpkin seeds, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves

Instructions 

  • Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and rinse first with hot water, then cold water. Drain and place the noodles in a large mixing bowl. Add teriyaki sauce and toss well to coat the noodles. Add the ham, pineapple, and carrots. Toss to combine.
  • Garnish with peanuts and cilantro, if desired. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
