Herbed Holiday Hummus
Ingredients
- 2 8-ounces each containers plain gluten-free hummus, such as Sabra Hummus
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
- ½ cup salsa
- 2 tablespoons GO Veggie! Vegan Parmesan Cheese
- Gluten-free crackers and sliced vegetables, for serving
Instructions
- In a food processor, process the hummus, parsley, and dill to combine.
- Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Top with the salsa and Parmesan cheese.
- Serve with gluten-free crackers and sliced vegetables.
