Herbed Holiday Hummus

Ingredients 

  • 2 8-ounces each containers plain gluten-free hummus, such as Sabra Hummus
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
  • ½ cup salsa
  • 2 tablespoons GO Veggie! Vegan Parmesan Cheese
  • Gluten-free crackers and sliced vegetables, for serving

Instructions 

  • In a food processor, process the hummus, parsley, and dill to combine.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl.
  • Top with the salsa and Parmesan cheese.
  • Serve with gluten-free crackers and sliced vegetables.
