Quick Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients 

  • ½ seedless cucumber, peeled and grated with the large holes of a box grater
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill

Instructions 

  • Mix all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve on top of Greek Burgers.
