Slow Cooker Firecracker Meatballs

Ingredients 

  • 2 pounds frozen gluten-free meatballs , (I used Beetnik brand)
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, , packed
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons gluten-free soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes , (or more to taste)

Instructions 

  • Add the frozen meatballs to the bowl of a 6-quart slow cooker.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the brown sugar, Buffalo sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes until combined.
  • Pour the sauce over the meatballs and stir to coat all the meatballs in the sauce.
  • Cook on high for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
