Slow Cooker Firecracker Meatballs
Ingredients
- 2 pounds frozen gluten-free meatballs , (I used Beetnik brand)
- 1 cup light brown sugar, , packed
- 1 cup Buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons gluten-free soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes , (or more to taste)
Instructions
- Add the frozen meatballs to the bowl of a 6-quart slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, mix the brown sugar, Buffalo sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes until combined.
- Pour the sauce over the meatballs and stir to coat all the meatballs in the sauce.
- Cook on high for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
