Slow-Cooker Harvest Chicken Apple Stew

Ingredients 

  • 4 organic boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 cups homemade or organic chicken stock
  • 1 medium sweet onion, diced
  • 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • cups frozen or fresh green beans
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon dried sage
  • ½ teaspoon dried marjoram
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 cups butternut squash, pureed

Instructions 

  • Place all of the ingredients except the pureed butternut squash in a slow cooker and set on low for 6-8 hours.
  • Right before serving, gently stir in the squash and let it warm back up.
