Slow-Cooker Harvest Chicken Apple Stew
Ingredients
- 4 organic boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 2 cups homemade or organic chicken stock
- 1 medium sweet onion, diced
- 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1½ cups frozen or fresh green beans
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
- ½ teaspoon dried sage
- ½ teaspoon dried marjoram
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 2 cups butternut squash, pureed
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients except the pureed butternut squash in a slow cooker and set on low for 6-8 hours.
- Right before serving, gently stir in the squash and let it warm back up.
