Ingredients

  • 4 large bone-in or 6 boneless pork chops
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lime juice, , divided use
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 4 tablespoons organic peach preserves, (or 3 tablespoons fresh diced peaches plus 1 tablespoon honey)
  • 3 tablespoons stone ground mustard
  • 2 teaspoons fresh orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon gluten-free Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  • Place the pork chops in a plastic food storage bag with 2 tablespoons of the lime juice and the salt.
  • Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours.
  • Combine the remaining 2 tablespoons of lime juice with the preserves, mustard, orange juice, Worcestershire sauce, and onion powder to make the glaze.
  • Place the pork chops on a grill heated to medium-high and baste with the glaze.
  • Cook for 4-5 minutes, then flip.
  • Baste again with the glaze and continue to cook for 4-5 minutes or until done.

Notes

Tip: I like to serve these with caramelized onions and grilled apple slices!
