Gluten Cranberry Orange Pistachio Brie Recipe

Gluten Free Cranberry Orange Baked Brie Recipe

Who doesn’t need simple appetizer ideas this time of year? I love this Gluten Free Cranberry Orange Baked Brie recipe – it is perfect for the holidays as it is all red and green and gorgeous, has just four ingredients, takes only about 10 minutes to make, and everyone loves it!

The creamy, melting brie with sweet and tangy cranberry orange sauce topped with crunchy pistachios makes this appetizer pretty much a perfect bite!

I serve it with gluten free crackers but to be honest I just like to cut off a wedge and eat it without the crackers.

And to be even more honest, I really like to just eat the whole thing myself. But ‘tis the season for sharing so…

Recipe notes: I make this with either leftover homemade cranberry sauce or the canned stuff. Just make sure it is the whole cranberry kind, not the jellied. I also use San-J Gluten Free Orange Sauce in this recipe.
