This gluten free Green Chutney pairs well with Corn Pakora!

Green Chutney
Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh mint leaves
- 2 cups fresh cilantro leaves
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the mint and cilantro leaves in a food processor and pulse several times. Add the olive oil, ginger, lime juice, and honey and process until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
