Ingredients 

  • 3 cups fresh mint leaves
  • 2 cups fresh cilantro leaves
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  • Place the mint and cilantro leaves in a food processor and pulse several times. Add the olive oil, ginger, lime juice, and honey and process until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
