Hatch Chile Guacamole
Ingredients
- 4 ripe avocados
- 1 (4 ounce) can Hatch Diced Green Chiles, drained
- ½ red onion, , finely diced
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
- Kosher or fine sea salt, , to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, , to taste
- Tortilla chips, , for serving
Instructions
- Mash the avocados in a medium mixing bowl. Stir in the chiles, onion, cilantro, and lime juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
