Gluten Free No-Bake Cookie Pops
Ingredients
- 1 box Home Free Chocolate Chip Mini Cookies
- 4 ounces cream cheese or dairy-free cream cheese, , softened
- 1 cup gluten-free chocolate melts, , any color
- Sprinkles, , optional
Instructions
- Grind the cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs. Place in a bowl and mix with the cream cheese. Form into 1-inch balls and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate melts according to the package directions. Dip a lollipop stick into the melted chocolate then into the cookie balls. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and sprinkles if desired.
- Refrigerate until firm.
