Giveaway is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age at time of entry, with U.S. shipping addresses only. Some contests allow for Canadian shipping addresses – it will state in the individual post if it is allowed. For international entries, you may enter and if you win, Simply Gluten Free Inc. or the Sponsor will only ship to the person of your choice with a U.S. shipping address. You will be responsible to get it shipped to you from there.
All Giveaways are furnished by a Sponsor or have been purchased by Simply Gluten Free Inc. Simply Gluten Free Inc. organizes, promotes and runs the Giveaways and all communications are to be directed only to Simply Gluten Free Inc.
Simply Gluten Free Inc. and the Sponsor to assume no responsibility for late or misdirected entries due to SPAM, technological, or e-mail filtering issues or for prizes lost in transit.
For this Giveaway, entrants can enter up to 3 times per 24 hour period – one for filling out the entry form, one for sharing on Facebook and one for tweeting on Twitter.
Simply Gluten Free Inc. NEVER gives out or shares any email addresses. However, by entering the Giveaways I agree to receive emails on exclusive offers, free e-books, and any other promotional or survey emails as sent by Simply Gluten Free Inc or Edgewater Park Media Inc. or its assignees. If you do not wish to be sent a promotional or other email, uncheck the opt-in box or please do not make entries into the Giveaways or send an email requesting to be removed from the email list.
The use of any system, robot, agent, or software to automatically submit entries in connection with this Giveaway is prohibited and will result in ALL entries from that email address/person being disqualified.
Simply Gluten Free Inc. reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to refuse to allow any individual to participate or continue to participate in the Giveaways, or to disqualify any individual it suspects to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or the Website, to be in violation of any terms and conditions governing the use of the Website or any privacy policy governing the submission of information through the Website; to be in violation of these Official Rules; to be acting in bad faith, or in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or to be annoying, abusing, threatening, or harassing to any person.
Simply Gluten Free Inc.’s decisions concerning all matters related to this Giveaway are final.
A randomly selected winner will be notified by e-mail. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. Simply Gluten Free Inc. employees and their immediate family members and Sponsors employees are not eligible to play or win.

No cash substitutions, transfer, or assignment of prizes is allowed.
Giveaway items may vary based on availability and other factors outside the control of Simply Gluten Free Inc. and/or the Sponsor. Winner agrees to accept any and all product variations or substitutions, even to the extent of a completely different prize of similar value, as made by Simply Gluten Free Inc. and/or the Sponsor without recourse or claim of action.
Winner must claim prize within 72 hours or the prize will be forfeited. Prizes will be shipped within one month after the prizes have been claimed. Simply Gluten Free Inc reserves the right to correct itself for picking an incorrect winner for 48 hours after an incorrect notification.
Winner grants to Simply Gluten Free Inc. and/or the Sponsor, the right to use his/her name and biographical information, photos, personal images and statements made in emails or other communications in advertising and promotion without compensation or permission. Winner agrees to supply a photo of themselves and the Giveaway and an accompanying statement.
Shipping and postage will be paid for by Simply Gluten Free Inc. or Sponsor companies.
Any federal, state international or international tax or otherwise, is the sole responsibility of the winner.
By entering the Giveaway through this website, you release Simply Gluten Free Inc. and any associated sponsor from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway or delivery, mis-delivery or acceptance of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.
