I don’t know about you, but I love a good milkshake! If it is a boozy milkshake, even better. My favorite summertime meal is a gluten-free burger with a nice boozy milkshake.

When I first moved to Florida, I discovered a little restaurant on the beach about 15 miles from where I live that specialized in all kinds of burgers from vegan to fish to wagu beef and boozy milkshakes. I thought it was worth a trip to try it out. Believe it or not, I had never had a boozy milkshake before. This place was worth the drive and did not disappoint.

This recipe is for a Chocolate Mint Chip Ice Cream Shake and the boozy part comes from Mozart Chocolate Cream liqueur. It is super easy to make and let me tell you, it is icy, creamy, deliciousness.
