Calling all sports ball fans! I mean, football fans. If you’re having a watch party or any other gathering for that matter, this delicious Plant-Based “Chorizo” Queso will hit the spot! It’s creamy, savory, spicy, and gives you those comfort food vibes that any good party appetizer should give! This is great for people who are not only gluten-free but vegan or perhaps just limiting meat or avoiding red meat.

To make this easy dip, I used Loca potato-based queso as the base and mixed in some diced tomatoes and chilies and cooked plant-based chorizo. I use Soyrizo brand for this. You can use Loca’s mild or hot queso, depending on how spicy you want this dip to be. Serve this with corn tortilla chips.
