This Buffalo Cauliflower Bites with Ranch Dipping Sauce recipe is a great alternative to wings, is baked – not fried, and is a breeze to make.

Buffalo Cauliflower Bites with Ranch Dipping Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
Ranch Dipping Sauce
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons buttermilk
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon kosher or fine sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons NeoCell Super Collagen
- 1 tablespoon minced chives
Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
- 1 head cauliflower broken into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon kosher or fine sea salt
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce such as Franks
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
Instructions
Ranch Dipping Sauce
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, whisking until well combined. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving time.
Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees and spray a rimmed baking sheet with gluten-free non-stick cooking spray.
- Toss the cauliflower with olive oil and salt. Spread into an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast cauliflower for 15-20 minutes or until tender and beginning to brown.
- Combine the melted butter, hot sauce, and sriracha in a mixing bowl. Add the roasted cauliflower and toss to coat.
