Ingredients
- 3 cups raw cashews
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil , melted
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon kosher or fine sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cashews out. Bake for 10 minutes, tossing halfway through. Remove and let cool. Add cashews to a food processor and process until cashews blend smooth. This may take time, and you may need to scrape down the sides. Once smooth, transfer to a bowl and stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Put the cashew butter into small storage containers for a quick grab. Will last weeks in the fridge. Pack with an apple (whole or cut into slices) and you have the perfect dippers.
