Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Hatozaki Finest Whisky
  • 1.5 ounces Akashi-Tai Shiraume Ginjo Umeshu plum liqueur
  • .25 ounces simple syrup
  • 2 dashes bitters
  • Large ice cub
  • Plum wedges and cocktail cherries , for garnish

Instructions

  • In a cocktail mixing glass, combine Hatozaki Finest Whisky, Akashi-Tai Shiraume Ginjo Umeshu plum liqueur, simple syrup, and bitters and stir.
  • Add a large ice cube to a cocktail glass and pour the drink over the ice. Garnish with plum slices and a cocktail cherry.
