The coconut water in this Coconut-lada cocktail gives it a different kind of coconut flavor, one that coconut rum alone cannot do. It’s like tropical paradise in a glass!
- 1½ ounces light clear rum
- ½ ounce coconut rum
- ½ ounce cream of coconut
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1½ ounces coconut water
- In a cocktail shaker, add ice, light rum, coconut rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and coconut water. Shake well. Strain into a shorter cocktail glass. Add an umbrella if desired.
