Ingredients

  • Superfine sugar enough to rim 2 martini glasses
  • 2 ounces coconut rum
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce blue curaçao
  • 1 ounce white crème de cacao
  • ¼ ounce whipping cream

Instructions

  • Rim 2 martini glasses with superfine sugar. In a cocktail shaker, add ice and the remaining ingredients. Shake well and strain into the sugar-rimmed martini glasses.
