Gluten Free Mango Tango Daiquiri Recipe
Another fruit of springtime is the mango. This is a fun fruit to make cocktails with, especially blended cocktails. Did you know that pineapple is a springtime fruit as well? You are in for a pleasant surprise because I blended mango and pineapple together in this cocktail to give you the best of both worlds.
Mango Tango Daiquiri Recipe
- 1½ ounces rum
- 2½ ounces mango puree
- ½ ounce cream of coconut
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- ¼ ounce lime juice
- ½ cup ice
- In a blender, add all of the ingredients. Blend until the ice is completely blended and no chunks of ice remain. Pour into a margarita or hurricane glass and enjoy.
