Product faves: store-bought gluten-free cheesecake

Cheesecake is one of those desserts that I can take at least one bite of even when I’m not hungry or if I’m way too stuffed after a big dinner. Somehow, I always have just the right amount of space for a bite (or more) of cheesecake! What’s wonderful about these is that you can freeze them for 12 months, then thaw them in the fridge and keep them refrigerated for up to 4 weeks. You can take these out for holidays or for special days like an anniversary or birthday party. They are excellent special-occasion desserts or any-occasion desserts, for that matter!
