As the autumn months approach, sometimes it is hard to decide whether you feel like a fall-inspired cocktail or a nice refreshing beer. I have the solution to that dilemma. This Crisp Honey Apple Mixer recipe will please both of those wants in one simple-to-make cocktail.

Crisp Honey Apple Mixer

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce (30 mL) clear tequila
  • 1 teaspoon (5 mL) honey
  • ¼ teaspoon (1.25 mL) pure vanilla extract
  • 1 ounce (30 mL) apple cider
  • ½ ounce (15 mL) lemon juice
  • 4 ounces (120 mL) gluten-free lager

Instructions

  • In a shaker, add ice and all the ingredients except for the gluten-free lager. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice. Pour in the gluten-free lager.
