Vanilla Campari Cocktail – aka Lover’s Cocktail

Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 1 ounce Singing Dog Vanilla Organic Vanilla Syrup
  • Juice of 1 large lemon (1 ½ ounces)
  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce Campari
  • Prosecco- chilled
  • Orange slices , rosemary sprigs, edible flowers – for garnish

Instructions

  • In an ice filled shaker, combine vanilla syrup, lemon juice, gin, and Campari. Shake for 15 – 20 seconds. Pour into two coupe glasses. Top with prosecco, garnish as desired, and serve.
