What You Need:
1 large head cauliflower
1 cup gluten-free panko breadcrumbs
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon kosher or fine sea salt
1 large egg
Olive oil

2 teaspoons sesame seeds
1 green onion, finely chopped

Air Fryer Hoisin Cauliflower Bites
Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower
- 1 cup gluten-free panko breadcrumbs
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon kosher or fine sea salt
- 1 large egg
- Olive oil
- ½ cup San-J Gluten Free Hoisin Sauce or any San-J gluten free cooking sauces , plus more for serving if desired
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 1 green onion , finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 370°F.
- Break the cauliflower in florets.
- Combine panko, onion and garlic powders, cayenne, and salt in a shallow bowl or pie plate. In another shallow bowl, beat the egg. One by one, dip florets into the egg and then into the breadcrumb mixture. Place on a large plate or tray. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Arrange the cauliflower in the basket of the air fryer in a single layer leaving a little space between each. Do not over-crowd, work in batches if necessary.
- Air fry for 10 - 12 minutes or until crisp. Toss with hoisin sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion. Serve with extra hoisin sauce for dipping if desired.
